Welcome to the StarStone Property Group, a dynamic and experienced leader in the Irish property market.
Accountant by trade CPA, IATI, CTAX, working in practice for first phase of career progressing to Property Development and Investment in Ireland and the UK for the past 20 years. Patrick brings a deep knowledge and breadth of experience in finance, investment, property development and management.
Patrick graduated from City University in 1988 with a degree in Property Valuation and Management and achieved RICS accreditation in 1991. He spent ten years based in Mayfair with catering and licensed property specialists Davis Coffer Lyons before moving to Sussex in 2000, where he pursued personal property and general business interests. Since joining Star Group in 2020, Patrick has pioneered multiple ventures and continued to help build and streamline the UK and Irish investment portfolios.
Having previously worked as a solicitor in one of the top three law firms in Dublin and thereafter co-founding & building a property investment business with assets under management of €3 billion, Enda is a seasoned RE practitioner with extensive experience in all aspects of real estate investment, asset management, tax structuring and financing. Enda’s extensive experience investing both domestically and in particular overseas, has provided him with an expansive network of contacts.
With a background in hospitality and facilities operations, extensive financial expertise and her proactive and personable approach she’s an integral part of our finance and administrative team. Maggie’s involved in executive administration, financial support, CRM, vendor coordination, compliance demanding a wide spectrum of administrative skills.
Abi graduated with her LLB law degree from the University of Sussex in 2016. She then refined her skills working in an active law firm, until she decided it was time for her next challenge at Star Property Group. She joined Star in February 2023 and is responsible for supporting Patrick Middleton and assisting him with the expansion of the Star Portfolio in Ireland.
An accomplished Commercial Property Director with a strong foundation in Hospitality, Tourism and Retail, graduating in 2000 with a BA degree in international Hospitality and Tourism and a Swiss Diploma in Hotel Management. With a wealth of international experience in both hospitality and commercial property management, he’s focused on building and maximising the value of StarStone’s commercial property portfolio.
Bringing over twelve years of experience in a fast paced international vehicle repair company, Alun pursued and completed his BA in Business in 2016. Over the past 7 years in the property industry, he has proven adept in multi-site and residential property management. Currently serving as Residential Property Director, his expertise lies in leading his teams to maximise the value and drive revenue across our growing residential property portfolio.
Experienced Marketing professional, specialising in digital marketing, communications and CRM. Niamh graduated with a BA degree in Business and Marketing and a Diploma in PR and Communications. Niamh has extensive experience in the hospitality, entertainment, and retail sectors, gaining valuable experience in marketing and project management. In her role as Head of Marketing & Communications, she achieves demonstrable results with a dedication and determination to drive our flagship commercial properties forward.
Starting her career in Banking, Amanda spent 12 years in Financial Services, starting in Bank of Ireland and then moving to General Electric as part of their European Audit Team. Thereafter, she was part of setting up a Property Investment and Fit-out business, as well as spending a number of years involved in managing a hotel property. Over the past 8 years, she has been working exclusively on design & fit-outs of both Commercial and Residential projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Coming to us from Brazil, but settled in Ireland for many years now, Diogo found his calling and passion working in the Irish property sector. Currently completing his BA degree in Business, he has become a valuable member of our property management team, highly skilled in CRM, tenant and lettings management, while demonstrating a results-oriented and professional approach to every aspect of residential property management.
Residential negotiator and senior valuer by trade, Mark has recently joined the Starstone team and brings with him a wealth of experience from across the property sector. Mark has a Bachelor of Science degree in Auctioneering, Valuation & Estate Agency from Technological University Dublin and has worked across both residential and commercial aspects of property in both sales and management.
Mark is a PSRA license holder 004017-007781.

Deivan’s skills and meticulous approach, contribute to a seamless and enjoyable experience for our tenants and occupiers, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Professional with experience in the area of construction and renovation of environments. Dedicated to seeking the best solution to prevent damage to our properties, and ensure the best comfort and stay for our tenants and occupiers.
As our Financial Controller, qualified ACCA since 2001 and currently a student in the Irish Tax Institute, Teresa brings a a wide variety of experience in financial and tax management. Starting her junior career in a London based private practice, she moved on to hold financial roles across the hotel and property industry. On her return to Ireland she spent 20 years as Financial Reporting Accountant in the IFSC. Then taking on the role as Financial Controller in Height for Hire, before joining us in 2023 to lead our financial team and streamline our finance and accounting function.
With a Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance earned in 2004, Edyta brings over a decade of accounting experience to our financial team. Her expertise lies in bookkeeping and credit control, making her an essential part of our administrative and financial function.
Meet Maria, a dedicated professional with a solid academic background. She studied Mathematics in the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and has furthered her education with a diploma as an Accountant Technician from A.T.I. In Spain, Maria gained valuable experience working for six years as an Accountant Assistant in the accounting department of In Situ Testing, an engineering company. Currently, she is pursuing an Honours degree in Accounting and Business through ACCA at Oxford Brookes University. Her commitment to continuous learning and professional development is truly commendable.
Rachel brings over a decade of dynamic leadership and managerial experience to her role as the Centre Manager in the High Street Ashbourne on-site management team. With a keen eye for detail, meticulous approach and a passion for creating seamless operational processes, Rachel plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the High Street Ashbourne office and overall management of this flagship commercial property. Rachel’s journey from Duty Operations Manager in the airline industry to her current position reflects her adaptability and strategic skills.
As an accomplished Facilities and Maintenance Manager, with over 23 years of experience, Wolfgang ‘Woody’ brings a wealth of expertise in overseeing the seamless operation and maintenance of large-scale mixed use commercial properties. With in-depth and hard-earned knowledge of construction project management and facilities management, his dedication and commitment is invaluable to our commercial property management team.
Amy studied English and Human Development in DCU. Alongside her studies, she has worked in hospitality for 8 years and has experience in managing accounts for Feoiltec Farm. Having worked abroad for a summer in hospitality, she developed a keen interest in social media management. Amy comes to the High Street Ashbourne management team as a marketing and office assistant, keen to further her experience in marketing and project management.
