On-going development projects:
We are currently at various stages of planning, design and construction on a range of developments. These include an assisted living property in Ashbourne, Co. Meath; several short-stay serviced apartment conversions in Dublin City Centre, Navan and Ashbourne, Co. Meath; a primary care medical facility conversion in Ashbourne, Co. Meath, and a new-build hotel in Cork city centre.
