We are currently at various stages of planning, design and execution on a range of new developments. These include an assisted living property on a green filed site in Ashbourne, Co. Meath; several short-stay serviced apartment conversions in Dublin City Centre, Navan and Ashbourne, Co. Meath; a primary care medical facility conversion in Ashbourne, Co. Meath, and a new-build hotel in Cork city centre.
